Help Support The Project.

The Lefebvre Legacy Project was made possible by Brent Lefebvre’s endowment contribution and exists to help Legacy Men create meaningful, hands-on community projects across Guelph. Additional contributions are greatly appreciated and help extend that impact and allow the legacy to keep growing.

A Simple Way to Support the Work

Contributions can be made directly by e-transfer. Because the Lefebvre Legacy Project is an informal community initiative rather than a registered charitable organization, we want the process to be straightforward and transparent.
Your contribution will be added to the funds available for approved Lefebvre Legacy projects and used to support the real costs of putting those projects into action.

Important to know

The Lefebvre Legacy Project is not a registered charity and does not issue charitable tax receipts for contributions.

A note about the recipient name

The Project’s banking account is administered by Mike Craig, who opened the account on behalf of the Lefebvre Legacy Project. Depending on your financial institution, your e-transfer may therefore show “Mike Craig” as the recipient rather than “Lefebvre Legacy Project.” E-transfers sent using the information provided on this page are received for and allocated to the Lefebvre Legacy Project.

Where Funds Go

Funding the work not just the idea.

The Project is designed to turn funding into tangible community outcomes. Contributions are intended to support approved projects and the practical costs required to complete them.

Project materials

Supplies, equipment, building materials, purchased goods, and other items directly required to complete an approved project.

Direct community support

Resources and services that directly benefit the people, groups, or local organizations a project is designed to support.

Essential project costs

Reasonable logistics and other necessary expenses involved in getting an approved project from plan to completion.

Transparency

We want supporters to know where the money goes.

The Lefebvre Legacy Project is a community initiative, not a formal charitable organization. That makes clear communication especially important.

As the Project grows, we will update the main Lefebvre Legacy page to show the projects being funded, the work being completed, and the impact those funds helped make possible.
